Job summary

Ann Taylor, represented by Knitwell Group, seeks a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling recommendations. You’ll help keep the store organized and impress customers with a welcoming, polished environment.

You'll collaborate with team members to craft personalized experiences, drive brand loyalty, and uphold visual and operational standards while using available tools for a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience or sales experience is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
