Responsibilities

• Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions, and process merchandise for Fashionphile service.
• Follow up after appointments by tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
• Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and support digital selling and social media presence.
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain fitting room cleanliness.
