Responsibilities

• Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions at POS, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Follow up after appointments by tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients.
• Enter and maintain accurate clientele information and support digital selling and social media activity.
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain clean fitting rooms.
