As a founding associate, you will learn, grow, and contribute to safety and accuracy while assisting with memberships, orders, and events. The role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing
• Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices; secure items until members arrive for pickup
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise and communicate substitutions to meet member needs
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; participate in sales and marketing events
• Promote the value of Sam's Club products, services, and Membership benefits to help meet Membership goals
• Acknowledge members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Follow company steel standard guidelines; correct and report unsafe situations to management

What You'll Do
