Sam's Club is opening a brand-new club in Visalia, CA, and seeks friendly, dependable Personal Shopper teammates to help shape an exceptional member experience from day one.

As a Personal Shopper, you will pull and prep orders, promote Membership benefits, and deliver accurate, fast service in a high-energy environment while supporting members’ needs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing
• Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices; secure items until members arrive for pickup
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise and communicate substitutions to meet member needs
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; participate in sales and marketing events
• Promote the value of Sam's Club products, services, and Membership benefits to help meet Membership goals
• Acknowledge members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Follow company steel standard guidelines; correct and report unsafe situations to management

Make Every Member's Day a Little Easier

As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you'll help members save time by gathering their orders with speed, care, and accuracy. From everyday essentials to special occasion needs, you'll make pickup simple, smooth, and dependable while helping members get even more value from their Sam's Club Membership.

In this role, you'll spend your day pulling, scanning, wrapping, and staging items for member pickup, promoting Membership benefits and upgrades, following safety procedures, and delivering a great member experience.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
