Job summary

Sam's Club in Mobile, AL is seeking a Member Services Associate to help Members understand Membership benefits, promote value, and support order processing and merchandising tasks. You will process Memberships and assist with purchasing decisions while aligning with safety and service standards.

The position offers an hourly wage range of $17.00 to $25.00, plus comprehensive benefits and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners to identify priorities and deadlines, and communicates progress.
• Delivers results with a customer-first mindset, upholding integrity and service standards while supporting store goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive teamwork, continuous improvement, and adaptability to changes in procedures and feedback.
