Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales and service experience.
• Must have computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse client base, including children.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and build client relationships.
• Assist with selling and booking in-store events and personal shopping sessions.
• Prepare gifts, goodie bags and prep for appointments.
• Check in guests for events and manage follow-up communications.
• Maintain product knowledge and utilize Outlook for admin duties.
