Giant Eagle is seeking a Personal Shopper for our Curbside Team in the United States. You’ll deliver exceptional one-to-one service, shop for guests, and help maintain safety and efficiency as you assist with online orders and in-store interactions.

You'll thrive by providing friendly, proactive service, aiming to delight guests and support fellow Team Members. This role emphasizes quick, accurate order fulfillment and strong use of mobile apps and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months.
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required.
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds.
• Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age.

• Display a passion about shopping for others and understand the store and product offerings.
• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
• Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
• Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders.
• Provide assistance with online grocery customers via the phone and in-person.
