SpartanNash is seeking a part-time Personal Shopper in Rapid City, SD to expertly pick online grocery orders for customer pickup. This role emphasizes accuracy, temperature-controlled handling, and friendly service in a fast-paced store setting.

You will review online orders, substitute items when needed, maintain quality control for perishables, and communicate clearly with customers and store management to ensure flawless order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eCommerce process for receiving customer's online orders and picking or delegating picking of orders.
• Review customer comments/special instructions to ensure product matches request; follow up on issues.
• Ensure quality control and handle products carefully, especially perishables and delicate items.
• Scan order products and confirm order totals for products priced by the pound; manage substitutions.
• Follow proper procedures for storing orders at correct temperatures.
• Report customer issues, shorts, overages, damages to store management.
• Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide focused and effective customer service.
• Follow PPE, safety, and guest experience guidelines.
