Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs / Caregivers) to provide hands-on care and support to our senior residents. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and looking for meaningful work in senior living, we’d love to meet you.

As a PSA, you’ll assist residents with activities of daily living, support meals, light housekeeping, monitor changes in condition, document care, follow safety guidelines, and communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
