Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking Personal Services Assistants (PSAs / Caregivers) to provide hands-on care for our senior residents in a supportive, compassionate environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, and documentation while following safety guidelines and reporting changes in resident condition. Training is provided, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
