Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care and support for our senior residents in Memphis. You’ll work with a caring team to assist with daily activities and maintain residents’ comfort and dignity.

We value reliability, compassion, and teamwork; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is expected. Training is provided to support your growth within a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
