Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care for our senior residents in a compassionate, dependable team. If you’re looking for meaningful work, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, support meals and light housekeeping, and report changes in resident condition, while following safety guidelines and maintaining documentation. Training is provided for caregivers new to senior living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
