Job summary

NFP is seeking an Account Manager to work with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts. The role involves day-to-day client servicing, renewal management, and preparing materials for presentations in collaboration with senior team members.

Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote; you will build relationships with clients and carriers, manage communications, and support the Account Management Team as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent), BA/BS preferred.
• More than 3 years’ client service experience.
• P&C Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; participate in meetings.
• Prepare and send RFPs and compile renewal presentations.
• Review proposals and source documents for accuracy with senior staff and communicate with clients/carriers.
• Create and maintain client files and policy records in the agency management system.
• Answer billing questions with support from Accounting as needed.
