Responsibilities

• Process and review personal loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform data entry, validation, and updates in loan systems.
• Conduct preliminary checks (KYC, income verification, credit bureau checks).
• Coordinate with underwriting and credit teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor queues and SLAs to ensure timely processing.
• Support loan disbursement activities and system setup.
• Handle post-disbursement tasks like repayment schedules and amendments.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and escalations promptly.
