Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking candidates for a Personal Lines underwriting class beginning in June 2027. The starting pay is $28.85 hourly, which converts to about $60,000 annually after training, with potential annual bonus and stock incentives based on performance.

After training, underwriters provide support to agencies in an assigned territory and contribute to profitability by advising agencies, expanding new business, and building strong relationships across the company.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of insurance-related work experience with AINS designation.

• Prepared to develop relationships with agencies and field/home office teams.

Starting Range of Pay: The pay rate for this position is $28.85 hourly. The hourly pay rate will convert to $60,000 annually upon successful completion of training. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
