HUB International is seeking a Florida Personal Lines Technical Assistant to join our Fort Myers team. This entry-level role supports policy processing, carrier communications, and internal reporting, offering a clear path to growth within our insurance operations.

You will work closely with the Personal Lines team to renew policies, handle endorsements, and maintain data accuracy while learning the industry’s practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Florida 4-40 Customer Service license or willingness to obtain insurance license.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in team environment.

Summary
