Job summary

Univest Financial Corporation is hiring a Personal Lines Service Agent to join our Insurance team in Locust Valley, PA. The role focuses on educating clients about personal insurance programs and building trusted relationships.

You will handle submissions, endorsements, renewals, and billing in our agency systems, under carrier guidelines. A PA P&C license with 1+ year of customer service is required; hybrid work after a 6-month office training period is offered.

Qualifications

• P&C license required within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement after training; 6 months in-office training with work-from-home 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospects and clients on personal insurance programs.
• Document account activity in agency management system.
• Underwrite accounts per carrier guidelines; obtain MVR/CLUE as appropriate.
• Process submissions, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and payments.
• Assist Sales Team per workflow in Epic; support renewals review and remarketing when warranted.
