Hiring for an independent, locally owned insurance brokerage in San Diego — a high-net-worth private client practice writing estate homes, collections, collector cars, yachts, aircraft, and excess liability across all 50 states.

• 4+ years in personal lines preferred, ideally private client or high-net-worth — but not required for the right producer
• A track record of actually selling — not just servicing

Compensation

Base $60,000–$110,000 depending on experience and any book you bring, plus uncapped commission and bonus. First-year base is negotiable.
