Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a details-oriented client service professional with 3+ years in Personal Property and Casualty to support renewal processes and account management in Massachusetts. You will review renewals, provide coverage recommendations, and use the EPIC system to maintain accurate policy data while coordinating with carriers and clients to ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes
• Review renewals and determine accounts warrant remarket
• Make coverage recommendations
• Use comparative rater tool to obtain quotes
• Transact agency billing
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices
• Leverage templates and system-generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member
• Maybe responsible for pulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE
