Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. is seeking a Remarketing Specialist to proactively remarket existing personal insurance accounts in Florida, enhancing retention, pricing alignment, and client satisfaction.

The role partners with Producers, Account Managers, and carriers to evaluate renewal options and present recommended terms. The team requires strong knowledge of Florida personal insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting, underwriting support, or account management.
• Experience working with multiple personal lines carriers and remarketing renewals preferred.
• Understanding of Florida personal insurance products (homeowners, auto, flood, umbrella).
• Active Florida licenses or ability to obtain within defined period.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review upcoming personal lines renewals to identify remarketing opportunities.
• Solicit, analyze, and compare quotes from multiple personal lines carriers.
• Evaluate carrier proposals for compliance with Florida regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to develop renewal or replacement strategies.
