Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Remarketing Specialist for its Community Bank, N.A. division in Florida to optimize renewals and terms for personal lines.

You will work with Producers and Account Managers to review options and present recommended strategies to clients. The role requires knowledge of Florida personal insurance products, plus experience in quoting and underwriting support across multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting, underwriting support, or account management.
• Experience with multiple personal lines carriers and remarketing renewals preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida personal insurance products (homeowners, auto, flood, umbrella).
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Proactively remarket existing personal insurance accounts to improve retention and pricing.
• Solicit, analyze, and compare quotes from multiple carriers for competitive pricing.
• Evaluate carrier proposals for compliance with Florida regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to develop renewal or replacement strategies.
• Prepare client-ready coverage comparisons and summaries highlighting differences.
