NavSav Insurance in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Producer to drive new business growth in our local office. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with access to 150+ carriers, enabling higher retention and close rates.

The role offers uncapped commission, a competitive base, paid time off, 401(k) with employer matching, training, and holidays. Ideal candidates will have a P/C license and strong sales/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent typing speed (45+ WPM) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming objections.
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes.
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives.
• Utilize multiple resources to ensure success, such as inbound/outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, etc.
