Jobot is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer in Gulf Shores, AL to drive new business growth across Auto, Home, Motorcycle, and umbrella lines. The role offers an uncapped commission opportunity, a competitive base, and comprehensive benefits as part of a rapidly expanding independent agency.

The team emphasizes client-first service, robust carrier access (150+), and a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. License requirements and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites).
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and objections.
• Familiarize with products, services and systems; participate in training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas following set processes.
• Contribute to goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives.
• Utilize multiple resources (inbound/outbound calls, referrals, marketing, social media) to ensure success.
