Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Typing 45+ WPM and good computer skills are expected.
• Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance products and objections.
• Learn products, services and agency systems; participate in training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and drive new business initiatives.
• Leverage referrals, marketing, and cross-selling to grow accounts.
