Jobot is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer for our Montgomery office to drive new business growth. With access to 150+ carriers and a network of independent agencies, you will establish relationships with clients and quote Auto, Home, Motorcycle, and Umbrella coverage.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and ongoing training.

• Sales experience preferred, especially in personal lines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance products and overcome objections.
• Familiarize yourself with products and participate in agency training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and promote new business initiatives.
• Utilize multiple channels to generate referrals and partnerships.

We are in need of a passionate, hard working, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to assist with new business growth in one of our local offices. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65+ locations in 17+ states. We have access to 150+ carriers which equates to much higher retention and close rates!

Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients


• Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.


• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections


• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency


• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes


• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives


• Utilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.


• Sales Experience (Preferred)


• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills


• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)


• Confident self-starter who works well independently


• Strong problem-solving capabilities


• Ability to multi-task
