Responsibilities include establishing relationships with potential clients, selling Auto/Home/Motorcycle/ATV/Umbrella insurance, and meeting monthly sales quotas. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet browsers (typing 45+ WPM).

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about availability, products, and objections.
• Familiarize with products and systems; participate in training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following set processes.
• Contribute to goals via promoting new business, cross-selling.
• Use multiple resources (calls, referrals, marketing, social media).

We are in need of a passionate, hard working, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to assist with new business growth in one of our local offices. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65+ locations in 17+ states. We have access to 150+ carriers which equates to much higher retention and close rates!

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross‑selling and new initiatives
• Utilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
• Confident self‑starter who works well independently
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities
• Ability to multi‑task
