Jobot is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Producer in Houston to drive new business growth in a thriving independent agency. With access to 150+ carriers across 65+ locations, you’ll build relationships and close auto, home, motorcycle, and umbrella lines while leveraging a broad product set.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, sales aptitude, and strong communication. You’ll join a fast-growing team offering training, benefits, and a competitive base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifikationen

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computing skill and typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office, browsers).
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.

We are in need of a passionate, hard working, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to assist with new business growth in one of our local offices. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65+ locations in 17+ states. We have access to 150+ carriers which equates to much higher retention and close rates!

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop relationships, and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and overcoming common sales objections
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
• Utilizing multiple resources to ensure success, such as: Inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, marketing, social media, rounding out accounts, etc.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task
