Job summary

Morgan Insurance Services, LLC., part of a larger auto group, seeks an in-person Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative in Tampa, FL. The role supports licensed agents and interacts with clients to provide service, answer questions, and process updates.

Two openings, competitive compensation, and benefits including health and life insurance, 401K, HSA, PTO, and holidays are offered. Bilingual candidates are a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in insurance customer support preferred.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor voicemails and route to team.
• Check messages in the agency system and respond.
• Check e-fax and email inbox for inquiries.
• Handle calls and transfer to agents as needed.
• Assist with renewals and policy changes as needed.
• Provide customer follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days.
