Job summary

Cascade Crest Insurance is seeking a dedicated insurance professional to manage client relationships, fulfill servicing needs, and drive sales for property and casualty products. You will act as a key liaison between clients and insurers, delivering high-quality service and expanding coverage where appropriate.

The role requires a current P&C license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, plus at least two years of progressive sales experience in the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary industry-related training or equivalent experience.
• At least two years progressive insurance sales experience (property & casualty).
• Oregon or Washington property/casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for insured clients and assist with their servicing needs.
• Perform sales and service activities to meet Cascade Crest Insurance goals across targeted markets.
• Maintain licenses and continue education as required.
