Jasmine Corona Insurance Agency, Inc. in San Diego, California, is seeking a confident sales professional to join our growing team and promote our insurance products to meet customers' needs.

In this part- or full-time role, you will build relationships, deliver outstanding service, and drive production through policy sales, cross-sell opportunities, and client renewals, with competitive, production-based compensation and strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, coachable and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Meet production goals by writing new policies and marketing to our current book of business.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in every customer interaction.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay up to date with new products to provide accurate information.
• Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
• Manage customer policy change requests promptly and accurately.
• Handle incoming claims calls and provide timely follow-up.
• Proactively ask for referrals and explain the referral program.
