Newell Family Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy updates and documentation with accuracy and courtesy.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $40,000 per year, licensing assistance, ongoing training, and a family-friendly, community-focused workplace on Main Street with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensing requirements for Property and Casualty license; licensing assistance provided.
• 1–3 years of industry, office, banking, or B2B service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This full‑time position offers a base salary of $40,000 per year, dependent on experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will assist with Personal Lines policy updates, handle general inquiries, and ensure that all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 100% Paid Licensing Assistance if needed.


• No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would 1-3 years of industry, office, banking, or Business-to-business service experience.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.


• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.


• Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.


• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.


• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
