Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) in California to join our client’s agency. You will manage personal lines accounts including home, auto, jewelry, art, boats, and flood policies, while delivering exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a Property & Casualty license, have at least 1 year of insurance agency experience (Farmers experience a plus), and be comfortable with Applied Epic software.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of insurance agency experience; Farmers experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic software preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including renewals, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and marketing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with the Personal Lines Manager and team to ensure seamless account management.
