Job summary

GPAC is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA) in Columbus, Indiana. You will assist clients with personal insurance needs, including policy servicing, coverage questions, and account management.

Responsibilities include handling home/auto/renters policies, processing changes, renewals, and queries via multiple channels, while maintaining client records and supporting account managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain.
• 1-3 years of insurance or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with agency systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to personal lines clients (home, auto, renters).
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Review coverage options and help clients understand policies.
• Work with carriers to obtain quotes and resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Support account managers and producers as needed.
