Job summary

Towne Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Advisor for Personal Lines in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with TowneBank and clients to assess needs and tailor coverage solutions, building lasting relationships and driving business growth.

Meet with clients, explain policy features, and educate on costs while achieving sales targets. NC license is required before start; sign-on bonus may apply for license completion and employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience selling complex products over the phone.
• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license required before start.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Towne Bank, mortgage, real estate, and insurance partners to generate referrals.
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Educate prospective clients on policy features, benefits, and costs.
• Conduct fact-finding conversations and tailor risk management solutions.
• Utilize carrier rating systems and underwriting guidelines to secure the best available coverage.
• Collaborate with support staff and carrier service centers to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and referrals.
• Achieve sales goals established through your annual sales plan.
