Farmers Insurance - Frickey Insurance Agency is seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. You’ll build relationships, propose tailored coverage, and support client needs while contributing to team success.

This position offers a competitive compensation package of $3,500 to $5,000 per month, with substantial commission opportunities and career progression pathways. Expect a base salary plus commission, with bonus opportunities and license advancement support.

Qualifications

Must possess or be able to obtain required licenses.
Insurance industry experience is a bonus.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Strong communication and rapport-building with clients.
Experience in sales and customer service, with good organizational and typing skills.

Responsibilities

Greet, meet, and develop strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
Educate and present product options to clients to create comprehensive protection packages.
Identify opportunities to protect clients’ property and family needs.
Schedule follow-up meetings and refer clients to team specialists for advanced needs.
Participate in ongoing education to obtain additional licenses and credentials.
