The position offers a base salary of $25,000-$35,000 plus performance bonuses, flexible schedule, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active GA Property & Casualty license required; out-of-state candidates must obtain non-residents P&C before employment.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Life license is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
