What We Are Seeking

Our Personal Lines department is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Personal Lines CSR Assistant with 2-3 years of retail agency insurance experience to join our team. In this role, you will support the Personal Lines department by managing the day-to-day servicing tasks, processing policy changes, and assisting with renewals. Proficiency with EZLynx Agency Management System and familiarity with major carriers including Auto-Owners, Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, and Grange is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing Personal Lines book of business, which includes some High Net Worth accounts.
• Access carrier websites (Auto-Owners, Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, and Grange) to process policy changes, mortgagee requests, and deductible option quotes.
• Handle endorsements such as new car additions, driver updates, and coverage adjustments.
• Assist with renewal processing, including preparing deductible options for client review.
• Work within EZLynx to update client records, issue certificates, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with carriers as needed to ensure timely processing of client requests.
• Provide support for Account Managers and Producers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Follow agency procedures and compliance guidelines.

• Ability to work 20 hours per week and on a schedule based on Eastern Standard Time
