OneGroup, a subsidiary of Community Bank, N.A., seeks a Personal Insurance Client Advisor to manage a book of business with a focus on client needs and asset protection. The role collaborates with sales and management to respond to client requests and maintain high service levels.

Responsibilities include handling policy changes, renewals and claims, performing coverage reviews, and pursuing new client introductions. Strong communication and organization are essential in a team environment.

Qualifications

• One to Three or more years of Insurance Experience preferred.
• Strong expertise and knowledge in policy coverage.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; able to use standard, menu-driven software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs in a timely, accurate manner and protect client assets.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals and claims processing.
• Advise clients on value beyond price and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct coverage reviews and communicate exposure to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in company system.
• Meet established servicing metrics and complete tasks efficiently.
