Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. The successful candidate will manage a robust book of business, focusing on personal lines such as home, auto, umbrella, and ancillary commercial insurance. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
• Commission: 35% on new business and renewals
• Bonus: Profit sharing after achieving $1 million in premium

Responsibilities

• Utilize the EZLynx agency management system for efficient operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
