Job summary

Alkeme Intermediary Holdings, LLC in Chandler, AZ seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to meet client insurance needs and provide prompt, professional service to clients and company personnel. You will manage complex accounts and process renewals with a focus on Personal Lines risk management.

The role also involves preparing annual review letters, assisting clients with claims, maintaining client data in Applied EPIC, and driving retention and growth of the book of business.

Qualifications

• College degree with 3+ years insurance experience or 5+ years preferred.
• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of insurance products, usages and markets.
• Ability to handle complex tasks with many variables.

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle complex accounts.
• Ordering and processing renewal and change requests with emphasis on Personal Lines Insurance Risk Management.
• Prepares review letters annually, offering recommendations based on analysis of clients' needs.
• Assists clients with reporting claims.
• Maintain accurate and current detailed information in the Applied EPIC system.
• Works to ensure 95% retention and pro-actively market renewals.
• Solicits and processes additional lines of coverage for new and existing accounts.
• Maintain courteous relationships with clients, carriers and colleagues.
• Keep informed on industry information to improve knowledge and performance.
