Oakbridge Insurance Agency in Georgia seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle the complete service cycle for new and renewal personal insurance clients. This role involves marketing, underwriting coordination, proposal delivery, binding, billing, and policy maintenance in Applied Epic.

The candidate should hold an Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, have knowledge of home/auto/umbrella policies, and be highly organized with strong customer service and communication skills.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Extensive knowledge of personal insurance products (home, auto, umbrella, etc).
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Manage personal lines accounts through the full policy lifecycle, including new business, renewals and mid-term changes.
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients while supporting growth through inside/outside referrals.
• Assist with coverage placement, risk evaluation and recommending updates based on client needs.
• Prepare and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, EOPs and insurance summaries.
• Handle client billing needs- invoice processing, reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Answer incoming calls, greet walk-ins and provide general support in a client-facing capacity.
• Participate in client and carrier meetings as needed.
