Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Personal Lines P&C account management.
• Valid Massachusetts P&C License is required.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Advise and service Personal Lines clients with handling changes and inquiries.
• Drive growth through quoting and account management.
• Evaluate exposures and recommend changes.
• Manage workflows in Applied Epic for compliance.
• Partner with carriers to obtain quotes and resolve requests.
