The Partners Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as a trusted resource for clients navigating their personal insurance needs. You will build lasting client relationships, guide coverage options, and deliver responsive service to distinguish TPG in a competitive market.

You will manage policy changes, renewals, and day-to-day servicing with accuracy and care, contributing to client retention and long-term growth while collaborating with teammates in a hybrid, in-office

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• 5+ years of Account Manager experience in insurance
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and policies
• Ability to build trusted client and carrier relationships
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Personal Lines client accounts
• Review coverage and identify potential gaps and exposures
• Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Partner with carrier representatives to support client needs
• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
