Job summary

Main Street Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Yadkinville, NC. You will manage day-to-day servicing of Personal Lines accounts, work with the production team, and help drive growth through excellent client service and proactive cross-selling.

The role emphasizes detailed policy management, renewal handling, and effective communication with clients and carriers to ensure satisfaction and account retention.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; four-year college degree highly desirable (or comparable work experience).
• Active Property & Casualty license in the state(s) where business is conducted or willingness to obtain.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage and markets, including MSIG products.

Responsibilities

• Servicing accounts once bound to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze client needs and proposals to identify loss exposure and recommend coverage solutions.
• Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed.
