Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance or account management.
• Knowledge of quoting, renewals, endorsements, claims, and billing processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines accounts.
• Provide customer support, coverage education, and recommendations.
• Obtain quotes for new and renewal business.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
• Issue binders and process policy endorsements.
• Assist clients with claims and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Follow up promptly on quotes, renewals, and service requests.
