JMJ-Insurance is seeking a personable Personal Lines Account Manager to ensure customers have a positive experience with our agency. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain records, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and familiar with insurance products.

Responsibilities include answering questions, assisting with quotes and policy updates, scheduling, and maintaining client records to support client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products.
• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist clients with new quotes, updating policies, payments, and other services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
• Review audits and/or policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service.
