Job summary

Pyron Group, a Mississippi-based insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support individuals and families with their personal insurance needs. You will be a trusted resource for clients, helping with coverage decisions, policy changes, renewals and everyday questions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with personal insurance clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests.
• Review accounts and identify opportunities to improve client protection.
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims support.
• Work closely with Personal Risk Advisors and carrier partners to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records.
• Support retention, account growth, and client satisfaction initiatives.
