The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle policy renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure coverage adequacy.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to provide exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree.
• Proven experience in account management in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
