Job description

We’re seeking an organized and highly motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing client communications, renewals, and nurturing key relationships; managing all necessary documentation; and paying close attention to policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, assist with claims, conduct account reviews, identify opportunities to add additional lines of coverage, and help insureds with their growing portfolio of assets.
